Futureheads have partnered with the leading provider of digital medicines information to find a skilled Technical Project Manager to join their growing community. What makes this a particularly exciting time to join the company is the sheer rate at which they are evolving. These are formative times for the company, you’ll be joining their ranks while they make the transition from Notforprofit organisation to private limited company. This will allow more investment into continued research, improved healthcare support and pivotal medical developments. In short, there will be plenty of interesting work to get stuck into.

As Technical Project Manager, you will oversee a team of developers and play a pivotal role in integrating agile into the company strategy. You will be responsible for managing a cross-team communication to ensure all business and technical stakeholder’s needs are aligned, conducting and responding to product development goals and leading the coordination of planning & scoping of software development. A solid technical understanding and fluency in agile methodologies are imperative to succeed in this position. A large part of this role will consist of coaching others in the business on agile methodologies

Technical Project Manager responsibilities:

  • Guiding the team and wider company on how to use agile/SCRUM practices and values
  • Assist with the internal and external communication, promoting transparency and clearly delineating required information
  • Assessing the SCRUM maturity of the team and providing coaching and support wherever needed
  • Develop and maintain good working relations with Product Managers, Customer Services & Business Development
  • Champion software engineering processes for all safety critical and safety-related tools
  • Create monitoring and alering platforms that notify on behavioural anomalies across distributed software systems
